Where is Moammar Gadhafi
Moammar Gadhafi miss his deadline to surrender the towns of Sirte and Bani Walid set by Libya's new leaders. Also the Interpol issued a Red Notice arrest warrants for Moammar Gadhafi for alleged crimes against Humanity. A Red Notice allows Interpol to widely circulate arrest warrants with intention to extradite suspects to the International Courts
